March 31, 2026: Deadline for the bio-waste recovery certification
Before March 31st each year, collection and recovery service providers must send producers or holders of biowaste who entrusted them with waste the previous year, a certificate stating the quantities expressed in tons, the nature of the waste they collected separately for recovery the previous year, and the final recovery destination.

March 31, 2026: Deadline for the 8-stream waste certification
Operators of waste recovery facilities and intermediaries engaged in the collection, transport, trading, or brokering of waste must submit a certificate each year, by March 31, to the waste producers or holders from whom they received paper, metal, plastic, glass, wood, textile, mineral, and gypsum waste (the “8 waste streams” ”).
Please note that textile waste has recently been included in this certificate.
This certificate must mention the quantities expressed in tons, the nature of the waste entrusted to them in the previous year for recovery or disposal, and the final recovery destination (type of facility and new geographical location).
March 31, 2026: GEREP Report for the Year 2025
The GEREP declaration for reference year N must be completed on the dedicated website by March 31 N+1 at the latest for plants subject to GEREP declaration (excluding emission declarations for plants covered by the greenhouse gas Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS)).

March 31, 2026: Statement on climate neutrality and corresponding verification report
Operators of installations subject to quotas that are required to submit a climate neutrality plan (*) must prepare a climate neutrality declaration.
(*)Facilities whose emission levels exceed the 80th percentile of emission levels for the 52 product benchmarks
They must submit this climate neutrality declaration and the corresponding verification report to the competent authority by March 31, 2026, for the period ending December 31, 2025.
