March 31, 2026: Deadline for Bio-waste Recovery Certificate
Collection or recovery service providers must annually, by March 31, submit to the producers or holders of bio-waste who entrusted them with waste the previous year, a certificate stating the quantities in tons, the nature of the waste they collected separately the previous year for recovery, and its final recovery destination.

31/03/2026: 8-stream waste declaration deadline
Waste recovery facility operators and intermediaries involved in waste collection, transport, trading, or brokerage must submit a declaration annually, by March 31st, to the waste producers or holders who supplied them with paper, metal, plastic, glass, wood, textile, mineral fraction, and plaster waste ("8-stream" waste).
Note that textile waste is newly included in this declaration.
This declaration must state the quantities expressed in tonnes, the nature of the waste entrusted to them in the previous year for recovery or disposal, and their final recovery destinations (type of facility and, newly, geographical location).
31/03/2026: GEREP Declaration for the year 2025
The GEREP declaration for reference year N must be completed on the dedicated website by March 31st of year N+1 at the latest for establishments subject to the GEREP declaration (excluding emission declarations for establishments covered by the Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading Scheme (EU ETS)).

31/03/2026: Climate neutrality declaration and corresponding verification report
Operators of installations subject to quotas who are subject to a climate neutrality plan (*) prepare a climate neutrality declaration.
(*)installations whose emission levels are above the 80th percentile of emission levels for the 52 product benchmarks
They must submit this climate neutrality declaration and the corresponding verification report to the competent authority by March 31, 2026, at the latest, for the period up to December 31, 2025.
