01/09/2024: Obligation to carry out a lightning risk analysis for installations subject to authorization under headings 3110 to 3260, 3410 to 3510, 3550, 3610, 3670 and 3700
As a reminder, the scope of the lightning protection provisions of the Order of October 4, 2010 has changed. These provisions now apply to facilities authorized under headings 3110 to 3260, 3410 to 3510, 3550, 3610, 3670 and 3700.
For facilities subject to authorization under one of the above headings whose application for authorization was submitted prior to September 1, 2022, and not otherwise subject to these provisions on August 31, 2022, the obligation to carry out a lightning risk analysis (LRA) applies from September 1, 2024.
09/30/2024: Deadline for providing data on the greening of vehicle fleets
As a reminder, companies with a fleet of over 100 light vehicles are required to purchase or use low-emission vehicles.
(*) When assessing the size of the fleet managed by a company, vehicles managed by its subsidiaries headquartered in France and vehicles managed by its establishments located in France are taken into account.
Persons subject to the obligation to provide data on the purchase and use of low-emission road motor vehicles for a given calendar year must do so no later than September 30 of the following year (April 30 of the following year for the delivery platforms concerned) on the French open public data platform (www.data.gouv.fr).
