09/01/2024: Mandatory lightning risk analysis for installations requiring authorization under headings 3110 to 3260, 3410 to 3510, 3550, 3610, 3670, and 3700
As a reminder, the scope of the lightning protection provisions of the decree of October 4, 2010, has changed. These provisions have been made applicable to installations authorized under headings 3110 to 3260, 3410 to 3510, 3550, 3610, 3670, and 3700.
For installations requiring authorization under one of the headings mentioned above, where the complete authorization application was submitted prior to September 1, 2022, and which were not otherwise subject to these provisions as of August 31, 2022, the obligation to conduct a lightning risk analysis (ARF) applies from September 1, 2024.
09/30/2024: Deadline for making available data on the greening of vehicle fleets
As a reminder, notably subject to these requirements are obligations to purchase or use low-emission vehicles are companies with a fleet of more than one hundred light vehicles.
(*) The assessment of the size of a company's managed fleet includes vehicles managed by its subsidiaries headquartered in France, as well as vehicles managed by its establishments located in France.
Obligated parties must make available data concerning the purchase and use of low-emission road vehicles for a calendar year no later than September 30 of the following year (April 30 of the following year for relevant delivery platforms) on the French open public data platform website (www.data.gouv.fr).
