07/01/2024: Reinforcement of fire risk requirements for ICPE 3260 or ICPE 2564 or 2565 registration sites
Existing facilities must comply with new fire prevention provisions:
- Electrical installations :
- Annual inspection of electrical installations with detection of hot spots (thermography or equivalent);
- Controls recorded in a register specifying the date of completion of corrective measures
- Fire-fighting equipment: automatic fire detection system
- Weekly test of the liquid level detection system linked to the heating system (item 3260).

05/07/2024: List of workers likely to be exposed to CMR agents
Employers must draw up an updated list of workers likely to be exposed to CMR chemical agents by July 5, 2024, and update it as necessary.
