12/19/2024: Entry into force of provisions regarding the prevention of electrical risks associated with non-electrical work performed in the vicinity of overhead or underground electrical structures or installations

The provisions regarding the prevention of electrical risks associated with non-electrical work performed in the vicinity of overhead or underground electrical structures or installations have now come into effect. They were introduced into the Labor Code by Decree No. 2024-552 of June 17, 2024.

This applies to non-electrical work (e.g., painting, delivery services, moving, tree trimming, etc.) carried out in the vicinity of electrical structures or installations that does not involve their conductive parts.
