The provisions relating to the prevention of electrical risks associated with non-electrical work carried out in the vicinity of overhead or underground electrical structures or installations come into force. They were introduced into the French Labor Code by Decree no. 2024-552 of June 17, 2024.
This includes non-electrical work (e.g. painting, deliveries, removals, pruning, etc.) carried out in the vicinity of electrical structures or installations that do not involve their conductive parts.
