11/12/2023: Deadline for the re-examination dossier for ICPE 3xxx facilities where the BREF for their main heading is "Ferrous Metals Processing"
Unless exempt, ICPE sites for which the "OFC - Organic Fine Chemicals", "SIC - Specialty Inorganic Chemicals", or "POL - Polymers" BREFs have been identified as corresponding to their main 3000 heading must submit their re-examination dossier to the prefect by December 12, 2023.

12/28/2023: Deadline for the first PFAS substance analysis campaign for ICPE facilities authorized under headings 2330, 2345, 2350, 2351, 2567, 2750, 2752, 2795, 3120, 3230, 3260, 3610, 3620, 3630, 3670, 3710
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also known as PFAS, degrade very little after use or release into the environment.
ICPE facilities subject to authorization under headings 2330, 2345, 2350, 2351, 2567, 2750, 2752, 2795, 3120, 3230, 3260, 3610, 3620, 3630, 3670, 3710 must conduct a monthly PFAS substance analysis campaign for 3 consecutive months.
12/31/2023: Deadline for reporting data on medium combustion plants with a capacity between 5 and 50 MW

12/31/2023: Simplified climate assessment
Companies with between 51 and 250 employees that received aid under the 2020-2022 recovery plan must complete a simplified assessment of their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
To do so, they must submit the information required to calculate this assessment by December 31, 2023, at the latest on https://www.bilans-climat-simplifies.ademe.fr.
Note: This assessment must be updated every 3 years.
12/31/2023: Mandatory source separation of bio-waste (regardless of quantity)
Bio-waste must be separated at the source and recovered either on-site or externally (composting, anaerobic digestion, etc.).
