12/11/2023: Deadline for ICPE 3xxx to submit their review dossier if the BREF for their main heading is "Transformation of ferrous metals".

Unless exempted, ICPE sites for which the BREFs "OFC - inorganic chemical products", "SIC - specialty inorganic chemicals" or "POL - polymer manufacturing" have been selected as the BREF corresponding to their main 3000 heading must submit their review dossier to the Prefect by December 12, 2023.

28/12/2023: Deadline for first PFAS substance analysis campaign for ICPEs subject to authorization under one of the headings 2330, 2345, 2350, 2351, 2567, 2750, 2752, 2795, 3120, 3230, 3260, 3610, 3620, 3630, 3670, 3710

Per- and polyfluoroalkylated substances, also known as PFAS, degrade very little after use or release into the environment.

ICPEs subject to authorization under headings 2330, 2345, 2350, 2351, 2567, 2750, 2752, 2795, 3120, 3230, 3260, 3610, 3620, 3630, 3670, 3710 must carry out a PFAS substance analysis campaign every month for 3 consecutive months.

12/31/2023: Data reporting deadline for medium-sized combustion plants with a capacity of between 5 and 50 MW

Operators of combustion plants classified 2910 or 3110 with a capacity of between 5 and 50 MW and commissioned before December 20, 2018 must declare information on Medium Combustion Plants (MCP) - Data collection - demarches-simplifiees.fr - https://www.demarches-simplifiees.fr/

12/31/2023: Simplified climate report

Companies with between 51 and 250 employees that have received aid under the 2020-2022 stimulus plan must carry out a simplified assessment of their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

To this end, by December 31, 2023 at the latest, they must transmit the information required to calculate this balance to https://www.bilans-climat-simplifies.ademe.fr.

Note: this report is then updated every 3 years.

12/31/2023: Obligation to sort bio-waste at source (regardless of quantity)

Biowaste must be sorted at source and recycled on site or externally (composting, methanization, etc.).
