After being updated at the end of 2022 to take account of refrigerant waste management in Trackdéchets on January1, 2023, Cerfa n°15947 has again been updated to take account of the F-Gaz III regulation.
As a result, since July 6, 2024, version 4 of Cerfa no. 15947 must be used for work on category I, II, III or IV equipment requiring the handling of refrigerants.
This update takes into account the new requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/573, which came into force on March 11, 2024, and extends leak testing to equipment containing exclusively HFOs (e.g. R1234yf, R1234ze, etc.).
HFO" fluids have been added to boxes 7, 8 and 9: Minimum inspection frequency and box 12: ADR/RID designation.

It should be noted that Cerfa n°15947*4 can be used for "HFO" even if French regulations have not yet made it mandatory.
Reminder: The categories of activities are set out in the order of June 30, 2008:
- Category I: leak testing, maintenance and servicing, assembly, commissioning, fluid recovery for all refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment.
- Category II: maintenance and servicing, assembly, commissioning, fluid recovery for refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment containing less than 2 kg of refrigerant, and leak testing for refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump equipment. and heat pump equipment.
- Category III: Recovery of fluids from refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing less than 2 kg of refrigerant;
- Category IV: Leak testing of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment.
