Code de l'environnement Articles R. 350-20 à R. 350-31 : Allées d'arbres et alignements d'arbres bordant les voies ouvertes à la circulation publique créés par le Décret n° 2023-384 du 19 mai 2023 relatif au régime de protection des allées d'arbres et alignements d'arbres bordant les voies ouvertes à la circulation publique [JORF du 21 mai 2023].
As a reminder, it is forbidden to cut down or damage avenues and tree lines bordering roads open to public traffic, or to compromise the conservation or radically alter the appearance of one or more trees in an avenue or line (with some exceptions).
These articles of the Environment Code define the content and procedures for the declaration or application for authorization required to carry out operations affecting tree lanes and alignments of trees bordering roads open to public traffic, as well as the penalties applicable in the event of failure to comply.
SAFETY
List of micro-organisms and toxins (MOT) presenting a risk to public health
Arrêté du 26 avril 2023 fixant la liste des micro-organismes et toxines prévue à l'article L. 5139-1 du code de la santé publique [JORF du 28 mai 2023] [Decree of April 26, 2023 establishing the list of micro-organisms and toxins provided for in Article L. 5139-1 of the Public Health Code].
This order updates the list of MOTs whose use could present a risk to public health. As a reminder, all production, manufacture, transport, import, export, possession, offer, transfer, acquisition and use of these MOTs and products containing them must be authorized by the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé (ANSM).
