09/30/2025: Deadline for declaring energy consumption on the OPERAT platform

Those subject to the Eco Energie Tertiaire scheme (tertiary sector decree) (*) must declare their annual energy consumption for 2024 on the OPERAT platform.

09/30/2025: Deadline for providing data on the greening of vehicle fleets

As a reminder, companies with a fleet of over one hundred light vehicles are required to purchase or use low-emission vehicles. From 2025, these obligations will be replaced by an incentive tax.

(*) When assessing the size of the fleet managed by a company, vehicles managed by its subsidiaries headquartered in France and vehicles managed by its establishments located in France are taken into account.

Persons subject to the obligation to provide data on the purchase and use of low-emission road motor vehicles for a given calendar year must do so no later than September 30 of the following year (April 30 of the following year for the delivery platforms concerned) on the French open public data platform(www.data.gouv.fr).
