09/30/2025: Deadline for declaring energy consumption on the OPERAT platform

Entities subject to the Eco Energie Tertiaire scheme (tertiary decree) (*) must declare their annual energy consumption for 2024 on the OPERAT platform.

09/30/2025: Deadline for making available data on the greening of vehicle fleets

As a reminder, those notably subject to obligations for purchasing or using low-emission vehicles are companies with a fleet of more than one hundred light vehicles. As of 2025, these obligations will be replaced by an incentive tax.

(*) When assessing the size of a fleet managed by a company, vehicles managed by its subsidiaries headquartered in France, as well as vehicles managed by its establishments located in France, are taken into account.

Obligated parties must make available data concerning the purchase and use of low-emission road vehicles for a calendar year no later than September 30 of the following year (April 30 of the following year for relevant delivery platforms) on the website of the French public data platform (www.data.gouv.fr).
