01/11/2025: Obligations to equip vehicles in winter in mountainous areas

Vehicles must be fitted with winter tires or carry snow chains or socks in their trunks to equip two-wheel drive vehicles from November1 to March 31 in mountainous areas listed by prefectoral decree.
