01/03/2025: New incentive tax on the acquisition of low-emission light vehicles
Companies that directly or indirectly manage a fleet of more than one hundred light vehicles are no longer subject to the progressively increasing obligation to acquire low-emission vehicles when renewing their fleet, as mandated by the environmental code, but are now subject to an annual incentive tax related to the acquisition of low-emission light vehicles.
This tax applies to company fleets comprising at least 100 vehicles.
10/03/2025: Deadline for the land development plan for renewable energy
Public companies and businesses with more than 250 employees as of January 1, 2023, must establish a land development plan to produce renewable energy.
This plan includes quantitative objectives broken down by type of energy production.
The plan must be established before March 10, 2025.
31/03/2025: GEREP declaration for the year 2024
The GEREP declaration for reference year N must be completed on the dedicated website by March 31 N+1 at the latest for establishments subject to the GEREP declaration (excluding emission declarations for establishments covered by the Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading Scheme (ETS)).

31/03/2025: Deadline for the bio-waste recovery certificate
Collection or recovery service providers must annually, before March 31, provide producers or holders of bio-waste who entrusted them with waste the previous year, a certificate stating the quantities in tons, the nature of the waste they collected separately the previous year for recovery, and its final recovery destination.

03/31/2025: Deadline for the 7-stream waste declaration
Waste recovery facility operators and intermediaries involved in waste collection, transport, trading, or brokerage must submit a declaration annually, before March 31, to waste producers or holders who supplied them with paper, metal, plastic, glass, wood, mineral fraction, and plaster waste (referred to as "7-stream waste").
This declaration must state the quantities expressed in tons, the nature of the waste entrusted to them in the previous year for recovery or disposal, and their final recovery destinations (type of facility and, newly, geographical location).
