05/23/2025: ERP (establishments open to the public) - Changes in provisions relating to the fire behavior of power, control and communication cables
The new provisions concerning the reaction-to-fire classification of electrical conductors and cables apply to ERP projects for which the application for authorization to build is submitted on or after May 23, 2025.
Power, control and communication cables must comply with euroclass Cca-s2, d2, a2 instead of class C2, as regards their reaction to fire (a cable's contribution to the development of fire and the substances released when it burns).
Note: specific provisions apply to type GA ERP (railway stations).
