SOM, an Ortec Group subsidiary specializing in engineering for the energy, industrial, and transport sectors, and Tennaxia, a leader in sustainability performance software, have officially announced a strategic partnership at the 2025 Pollutec trade show in Lyon.
Together, we share a simple conviction: sustainable performance is built over the long term by combining the power of digital tools and on-the-ground expertise.
An integrated approach to sustainable performance
In an environment of tightening regulations and rising sustainability expectations, companies are looking for practical, cohesive solutions to transform their practices.
This is the core objective of the partnership between SOM and Tennaxia: bringing together two complementary areas of expertise, the power of digital management tools and operational field mastery.
SOM will now offer its clients the integration of Tennaxia’s software solutions within its "Sustainable Performance Solutions" portfolio:
- Tennaxia ESG, for non-financial reporting (CSRD, VSME, etc.), goal tracking, and carbon trajectory management,
- Tennaxia HSE Regulatory Compliance, for regulatory compliance,
- Tennaxia Waste, for waste management and traceability.
For its part, Tennaxia will recommend the consulting, engineering, and technical assistance services of SOM (GHG assessments, audits, decarbonization support, occupational risk assessment, etc.) to help its clients turn data into concrete action.
A shared ambition: combining data with field expertise
For Julien Einaudi, Deputy CEO of Ortec Group, this partnership is a natural extension of a long-standing collaboration:
"For several years, Ortec Group has relied on the Tennaxia platform to configure and evaluate the actions of its O’Climat plan. Today, we are building on this experience to support our clients across various sectors in tangibly reducing their carbon footprint and managing their sustainable performance."
An ambition shared by Julien Victor, CEO of Tennaxia:
"This partnership illustrates Tennaxia's commitment to teaming up with industry leaders to combine software expertise with field-based know-how in the service of sustainability. By joining forces with Ortec Group, we offer industrial players concrete, integrated solutions to manage and sustainably strengthen their performance."
LCL, a facilitator of sustainable synergies
The meeting between SOM and Tennaxia was made possible in part by LCL, which helped connect the two companies a few years ago. A facilitating role that both Tennaxia and Ortec unanimously applaud, serving as a symbol of the power of cross-collaboration in the sustainable transition.
An achievement welcomed by Béatrice Libosvar, Corporate Banker at LCL.
As a trusted partner fully committed to supporting transitions, LCL is proud to have contributed to the emergence of a collaboration that places sustainability at the heart of its priorities by connecting the two companies.
Building sustainable performance together
By joining forces, SOM and Tennaxia intend to offer industrial players a comprehensive approach based on data, expertise, and action.
An alliance that illustrates Tennaxia's conviction: sustainable performance is built collectively, by bringing together the skills and energy of all stakeholders—industrial players, engineers, and financial and technological partners.
