06/01/2025: Enhanced fire prevention measures in the waste sector

Fire prevention measures are being strengthened for waste management facilities subject to authorization under headings 2710, 2712, 2718, 2790, and 2791. The decree of December 22, 2023, was amended accordingly by the decree of May 5, 2025.
