01/06/2025: Reinforcement of fire-fighting measures in the waste sector

Fire-fighting measures are reinforced for waste management facilities subject to authorization under headings 2710, 2712, 2718, 2790 and 2791. The decree of December 22, 2023 was amended in this respect by the decree of May 5, 2025.
