04/11/2023: Deadline for the review application for ICPE 3xxx facilities whose main category BREF is "Ferrous metals processing"

ICPE operators, particularly those classified under categories 3230a and 3230c of the ICPE nomenclature, for whom the "Ferrous metals processing" BREF has been identified as corresponding to their main 3000 category, have until November 4, 2023, to submit their review application.

30/11/2023: Deadline for authorization requests for MOTs not previously subject to authorization

Any operation involving micro-organisms and toxins (MOTs) listed in the decree of April 26, 2023, and which were not included in the annex of the amended decree of April 30, 2012, or for which the quantities held were below the thresholds established in that decree, must be subject to an authorization request before November 28, 2023.

Otherwise, the micro-organisms and toxins must be destroyed and disposed of.
