04/11/2023: Deadline for the re-examination file for 3xxx ICPEs whose main BREF heading is "Transformation of ferrous metals".
ICPE operators classified under headings 3230a and 3230c of the ICPE nomenclature, for whom the BREF "Transformation des métaux ferreux" has been selected as the BREF corresponding to their main heading 3000, have until November 4, 2023 to submit their review dossier.

30/11/2023: Application deadline for MOTs not previously subject to authorization
All operations involving the micro-organisms and toxins (MOTs) listed in the Order of April 26, 2023 and which were not listed in the appendix to the Order of April 30, 2012 as amended, or for which the quantities held were below the thresholds established in this Order, must be the subject of an authorization application before November 28, 2023.
Otherwise, micro-organisms and toxins must be destroyed and eliminated.
