07/01/2025: Inspection of thermodynamic systems and ventilation systems combined with joule heating with a rated output of over 70 kW

The first inspection of systems in place on July 1, 2020 will be carried out no later than July 1, 2025.

These include thermodynamic systems and ventilation systems combined with joule-effect heating with a rated output of over 70 kW.

The next step is inspection:

  • every 10 years if the site is covered by an ISO 50001-compliant energy management system, and this management system covers the air-conditioning system;
  • otherwise every 5 years.

18/08/2025: Batteries EPR channel

The Batteries EPR chain covers the following batteries:

  • Portable batteries (alkaline, lithium, button cells, etc.) ;
  • Batteries for light means of transport (batteries for scooters, electrically-assisted bicycles, hoverboards, etc.);
  • Batteries for electric and hybrid vehicles ;
  • Starting, lighting and ignition batteries (SLI) ;
  • Industrial batteries.

The producers/marketers of these batteries are concerned by the obligations of the Batteries EPR.
