The Conseil d'Etat's interim relief judge suspends the provisions of the August 29, 2020 decree that restricted the Covid-19 vulnerability criteria enabling employees to benefit from short-time working. The judge considers that the choice of pathologies that have been retained as eligible compared to last May's decree is neither coherent nor sufficiently justified by the Government.
