October 6, 2023: Deadline to establish certain documentary elements for ICPEs subject to authorization or registration and withdrawing more than 10,000 m3 of water per year

These ICPEs (including those exempt from action obligations in case of drought alert levels) must keep certain elements up-to-date and available to the classified facilities inspection.

These include:

  • the list of withdrawal and discharge points, the volumes of water withdrawn, discharged, and consumed associated with each direct or indirect withdrawal and discharge point, as well as the codes of the associated water bodies. These volumes must be recorded weekly if the total withdrawn flow exceeds 100 cubic meters per day, and monthly if the flow is lower. Quarterly and annual summaries of this information must be produced;
  • the list of improvements or investments that have reduced withdrawn or consumed volumes and the corresponding saved volumes, each year, since January 1, 2018.
