Through this collaboration agreement, the Spanish consulting firm, specialized in sustainability, will distribute the French software in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America
Manlleu (Spain) / Laval (France), October 2020 – The largest sustainability consulting firm in Spain, Anthesis Lavola (part of Anthesis Group), has signed a partnership agreement with one of the leading French companies in the development of solutions for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) management, Tennaxia, to jointly offer a unique and comprehensive solution for compiling non-financial and sustainability reporting data.
Since July, through this collaboration agreement, Anthesis Lavola has become the official distributor of Tennaxia’s software in the Iberian Peninsula and Colombia. As such, the Spanish consultancy has broadened its digital services offer, to include one of the most advanced tools on the market to collect data to support organizations’ sustainability reporting: the Tennaxia CSR Reporting Software and its version for Private Equities. For its part, Tennaxia has expanded its territorial growth, reaching markets on which, until now, it had no presence, and welcomes the strong position of Anthesis Lavola in these countries.
This collaboration is nourished by the complementarity of both companies on their respective markets. They concluded that clients’ requirements and expectations, in terms of commitment to sustainable development, are constantly growing. Increasingly, companies incorporate ESG criteria (environmental, social, and governance) in their decision-making process. Therefore, it is necessary to have reliable, simple, and proven solutions that allow the implementation of credible and verifiable ESG strategies.
« We met Anthesis Lavola last year during a convivial meeting organized by Business France in Madrid. Today we continue to observe the growing maturity of the Spanish market regarding sustainable performance challenges. Knowing that Lavola Anthesis, which is the most recognized actor in Spain, is introducing our software in its offer is a great recognition of our know-how. We are proud to be part of this adventure and thank our partner for its trust. »
« For years, at Anthesis Lavola we have been committed to incorporating technology as a key tool to face sustainability challenges. The relevance that ESG strategies and non-financial reporting are acquiring within companies made us see the need for a software solution which helps our clients to optimize their processes for collecting, analyzing and reporting non-financial information. Tennaxia has been a great discovery as it fully meets our expectations, and we are confident our customers will appreciate it. »
