The regulatory monitoring reports are sent to you via email based on the frequency you have chosen. Within the two following weeks, you receive a phone call from your Tennaxia consultant who comments and details the new developments of the regulations that are relevant to your site.This call is also the opportunity for you to inform the consultant about any change that may have taken place on your site: new equipment, new production line, etc. 

Regulations are broken down in individual requirements and stored in a database that you can access via the internet at any time. It will give the relevant and actionable regulatory information you need to assess and prove your compliance:

• The texts of legislations and regulations are copied in their original format (no link to external sources) as they were published by the regulators
• They are organized by domains (Environment, Safety, etc.) and themes (Water, Air, etc.)
• You can add local regulations to the database
• Individual regulatory requirements are highlighted within the text of each regulation
• Regulations and requirements are commented with information relative to the specificities of your site
• In case of modifications, the differences are highlighted and their impacts on your compliance are marked up: you only have to focus on the few elements that need to be checked!
